In order to recognize exemplary individuals, boost team morale, and facilitate cross-departmental communication and integration, Sincere recently organized a spring team-building event at the Lanling Yan You Gou Scenic Area in Linyi, themed “Riding Together, Uniting for a New Journey.” During the outing, participants relaxed and enjoyed the spring scenery, strengthened their bonds through fun competitions, and approached new challenges with a full spirit.

On a spring morning, the employees gathered with great enthusiasm, quickly forming teams according to the group assignment plan, and stood ready. At 7:50 am, the convoy set off on time. The wheels of the vehicles rolled forward, carrying the fervor and aspirations of the dedicated individuals.

During the journey, the carriages were filled with warmth, and engaging interactions took place one after another. Everyone actively participated in interactive games such as digital bombs, fun singing, and group choruses. Amidst the laughter and joy, the sense of unfamiliarity dissipated, and the companions formed their first “mutual clap” through relaxed interactions, setting the tone for their “Together on Horseback” journey.

Upon arrival at Yan You Gou Scenic Area, the team-building challenges officially commenced. This event strictly adhered to the principle of “honor quantification,” linking the display of travel civility with game competition scores, and determining the champion through a points-based competition.

Classic games such as throwing handkerchiefs and passing balloons were performed one after another. Team members from each group worked together, either swiftly dodging or cooperating in passing and receiving. Cheers and applause filled the air. Everyone fought bravely for their team’s honor, seamlessly blending the spirit of competition on the field with the meticulous attitude in daily work. Savoring the flavors of local cuisine and sharing feelings of camaraderie.

After the game, everyone gathered together for a meal, enjoying local specialties from Lanling, Linyi. The meals are served on eco-friendly sugarcane fiber plates and sugarcane clamshell food containers. Not only does it embody the green concept, but it also allows everyone to enjoy chatting about work and life in their taste buds. Authentic local cuisine and a warm dining atmosphere further enhanced mutual understanding and friendship. It relieved the fatigue from daily work, and the company also took this opportunity to discuss sustainable catering solutions, such as the procurement and application of bagasse bowls, and integrating environmental awareness into the team culture.

Under the guidance of the tour guide, everyone visited the Red Yimeng Revolutionary Museum, the Village Memory Museum, and the Mao Zedong Exhibition Hall, one by one. The precious historical artifacts and touching revolutionary stories left everyone with a profound sense of the Yimeng spirit of “blending like water and milk, sharing life and death together”.

Subsequently, everyone watched a special folk performance titled “Anecdotes from the Tavern” to experience local customs and listen to cultural stories. The influence of revolutionary traditions and the nurturing of traditional culture provided Sincere’s colleagues with a profound spiritual awakening and strengthened their resolve to work together towards a common goal.
